In our environment we are attempting to generate and email PDF reports within an AD monitor app. Each time the report is scheduled to generate (daily) the email successfully sends, but there is no PDF attached and the following error is noted:
An error occurred while generating a PDF of this report:
Failed to generate PDF: PDF server at /services/pdfserver/renderpdf returned error: Failed to generate a report using Firefox: Failed to start: Check that all Firefox dependencies are met
There are a few other reports that were attempted all with the same error. Does anyone know where this error is generating from and/or how to fix it? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated? Thanks in advance!
