Error while gen3erating a pdf report

Hello,
we have created a report inside Windows Security Operation Center that is regarding the time syncroziation. This report is scheduled and is send via mail. The problem is that when we receive the mail we have the following error:

"A PDF was generated for windows_time
View dashboard
An error occurred while generating the PDF. Please see python.log for details."

In python.log we have the following result:
2014-10-06 16:10:02,069 +0200 INFO sendemail:1158 - sendemail opening PDF request to appserver at https://*****:8000/en-US/report/
2014-10-06 16:10:02,073 +0200 ERROR sendemail:959 - An error occurred while generating a PDF: Failed to fetch PDF from appserver at https://**:8000/en-US/report/:
2014-10-06 16:10:02,210 +0200 INFO sendemail:109 - Sending email. subject="Splunk Alert: windows_time", results_link="https://**:8000/app/infigo_windows_soc/@go?sid=", recipients="[u'****************']"

Another thing is that we have scheduled even other reports and the pdf generation is correct.. Only this search gives this result

The WSOC app uses Advance XML Dahsboards but Splunk does not support the generation of pdf reports from these dashboards

Also another error i get in python.log is this:
An error occurred while generating a PDF: Can't attach PDF - either ssLink or sessionKey unavailable

Any idea??
