$server.build$          Build number of the Splunk platform instance.
$server.serverName$       Server name hosting the Splunk platform instance.
$server.version$          Version number of the Splunk platform instance.

Late answer I know, but try using $result.host$ 🙂

I would also like to know how to do this - $host$ doesn't work for me.
