Notificatoin preferences change on answers result in 500 error

Hi,

i wanted to adapt my notification settings for answer.splunk.com. Whenever i hit save or disable notifcations i get back a 500 server error. Can someone from the web team please check that issue as i am getting flooded by mails. I tried with two different browser with a fresh sign in token.
