I need to change the E-Mail of my Splunk account to my work E-Mail do they can give me access to Splunk Fundamentals 2. I don’t have an option, only to change my password. How can I do this?

this is maybe too late for you, but I have done some just for me. Here is instructions which I have gotten from Splunk Community manager @sensitive-thug . Unfortunately it's not possible to change your splunk-id's email address but this way you have workaround for it.

We have a process to help you create a new Splunk account with your preferred email, and then re-connect your Community profile with that new account. Unfortunately, we cannot update an email address for an existing Splunk account, a pain, we know. So if you could...

1. Go to www.splunk.com and create yourself a new Splunk account with your preferred email address.
2. Go to community.splunk.com and log in with that new account. It will prompt you to create a new username, just use anything, as this won't matter for step 3.
3. Reply to me to confirm: 1) The preferred new email address for your new splunk.com account; 2) a link to your old community profile (the one you want to keep!); 3) a link to your new community profile (the one we'll remove for you)

Once these steps have been completed, we'll circle back with you to confirm. At that point, you should be able to log in to both splunk.com and community.splunk.com and have your existing community profile + all history, ranks, badges, etc., all associated with your new preferred email.
