How to add url link in email subject in email alert?

Hi,

I have enabled a email alert and its working fine.

I want to add to add a URL link in email body , but its picking as normal text.

Is there any way I can add the link to the email body?

Hi Adam,

I tried your suggestion , but its not showing as url but its showing up as plain text.
