how to monitore cpu and ram performances for a chrome URL?

hello

I need to monitore an WEB application which use a chrome process
I try to do a matching between the chrome task manager and the windows task manager in order to identify the process which is running
the aim is to calculate cpu and ram performances for a specific tab
I have any idea how to monitore this
Do I have to use a script pr is it possible to chez this with splunk
