automatic lookup

Hello evryone, 

I have a probleme with automatic lookup and role users. 

I will explain : 

With admin role, everythin is okay, the automatic lookup work and no warnings on my dashboard.

When I use an another role, it doesn't work

I've checked all the rights for lookups and knowledge objects, assigning them to the role in question.

But nothing works;

I'm really out of ideas.
