Unable to get the perfmon logs from Windows Universal Forwarder

I am using universal forwarder and unable to get the metrics to the Splunk dashboard.

we need some help in fixing the issue.

Currently, I am using 7.1.2 version. I am able to get the system file metrics and unable to get the performance metrics.

Since some input's data is coming to Splunk means the connection is fine. Please check if Performance monitor is running in your server. You can check by navigating as follows:

Run -> Type "perfmon" > Ok

Click on Performance > Performance Monitor to make sure if it running fine.
