Trying to query Sybase DB.
Currently I am able to connect. DB Info shows the DB name in the Drop down menu, Under Schema it select "All". When trying to "Fetch Tables", no results.
When trying to query the DB, only one row returning garbage values.
Can anybody shed some light on this please?
Regards,
Ijaz
Hi Maijaz, have you found a solution to this issue? I am running into the same problem myself.
I see following few log info.
As this was my first post also very very new to SPLUNK, any guidance will be much appreciated.
WARN:DatabaseQueryCommand - SearchResultsInfo file null doesn't exist
dbx2454:ERROR:DatabaseInfoCommand - Error: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid state, the Statement object is closed. java.sql.SQLException: Invalid state, the Statement object is closed. at net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.JtdsStatement.checkOpen(JtdsStatement.java:220) at net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.JtdsStatement.getConnection(JtdsStatement.java:1214) at net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.JtdsResultSet.getConnection
Probably need more information, can you please open a support case?
Is there anything in the log file ($SPLUNK_HOME\var\log\splunk\dbx.log)?
