Splunk UI Slowness - takes time to load

I am facing slowness splunk web UI which takes seconds to load the page.
However, searches responds normally and no CPU issues appear on the machine.

To add that I installed ITSI app recently
I am running on version 7.1.6

How can I improve the splunk UI performance?

Are you using LDAP authentication? Slow LDAP or having many returned groups can cause issues. Have you always had slowness in the UI or was it only noticed after installing ITSI?

Do you have this problem with different web browsers?

Yes I tried with both chrome and IE
