Browse apps not resolving unable to get it on splunk

Hello

I am unable to find apps on Splunk web that I am getting below error, My system configured a internet through a proxy ip.  I am accessing a URL @ HTTP://10.x.x..x:8000/   

Error resolving Name or service unknown
