Summary Index & Stream

I'm in the process of setting up summary indexes. We haven't upgraded the forwarders to the new version that supports stream. I'm wondering what effects, if any, when we do upgrade to take advantage of stream. Would the summary indexes still work? Would I need to adjust them in any way?

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by versions of forwarders that support streaming. There has been no such change in any recent forwarder versions. The only thing I can think of vaguely related would be indexers and search heads supporting real-time search as of 4.1, but that doesn't refer to forwarders, and even though summary indexing should not behave any differently, indexers and search heads should nevertheless be of matching versions.
