How to set Splunk to feed ServiceNow CMDB?

Hi All,

Any guidelines on how to properly configure Splunk feed to ServiceNow CMDB? What are the drawbacks, pitfalls and what to watchout? So far I do not see any application being able to do such kind of integration. All are inputs to Splunk or alert based incidents/events.
