How can we safely export raw data to excel?

When we export data to excel, some of rows break due to the raw data. So, I guess there are commas in the raw data. Is there a clean way to ensure that the raw data doesn’t break the excel csv format?

-- output to CSV and convert to Excel ...

I exported with format of CSV and saved it using notepad. I got the same issue when opening with Excel.
