I downloaded the Splunk-Windows-64.zip

There is no install file, no setup file. Nothing I can find to install the program with. Did I miss something or did you guys intentionally leave that out?

Don't use the .zip file to install Splunk on Windows. It won't work. Download and use the .msi file.

And if possible try to avoid windows as a splunk server platform (even it's supported for most functionalities) and switch to linux 😉
