Why am I unable to login in splunk enterprise app?

when i installed it , i have login creditinals , and through this i have logged in splunk website and asked this question that when i enter the credentials , its doesnt let me log in, always shows login failed

Please help to clear things up for me.  Which credentials do you have, Splunk Enterprise or splunk.com?  The credentials you used to sign in to this web site should be different from the ones you use to sign in to Splunk Enterprise.  Make sure you're using the right credentials.

Ok so I think I have forgotten the credentials for the software,, so how can I recover my I'd and password

If you have forgotten the credentials for Splunk Enterprise then contact a Splunk admin at your site to have the password reset.

If you have forgotten your splunk.com credentials then click the "Forgot your or username?" link on the login screen.
