I Got "WARNING web interface does not seem to be available" message when I started Splunk.
Although I got the above message I can login to Splunk via webpage and run search as expected.
Is there anything I need to do to avoid this message.

this message appears when there's some issue that block or delay the start of the splunkd web interface.
In your case it's only a delay and you're lucky!
I hint to open a case to Splunk Support that, using a diag, can check your configuration.
