Any suggestions for minimum HW for home lab HW requirements?

I am looking at building a homelab for splunk. Any suggestions for minimum HW? I can't really do 8 cores / 64 GiB.

6 cores / 32 GiB would be feasible

Hi @graylion.

Splunk requires for a stand-alone system at least 12 CPUs and 12 GB RAM.

Anyway, I runned my own lab using one CPU and 4 GB RAM for each virtual machine, obviously it was not so performant, but for one user it could be sufficient to test Splunk functionalities.
