Hi,
I am following the splunk tutorial and downloaded tutorial.zip. On Windows 10, where I try to upload the zip file, in the review screen I get the error as below:
Upload failed with ERROR : cannot concatenate 'str' and 'NoneType' objects

Can you help me resolve this issue? I did look into the forum , but didn't find proper answers that could solve this issue.

Thanks,
Prasad.

Generally this Python error you have occurs when you try to concatenate a string with another variable that you expect to be a string but for whatever reason it is "None" or what you migt call "an empty variable". I'm willing to bet some part of the file is corrupt or you're missing a configuration setting that is required.

Post the link for the tutorial that you are doing. I have no idea what you are doing and so have no context to help you.
