Universal Forwarder install

Hi all. I am very new to splunk.. I am using splunk enterprize on my main OS ( windows). I am trying to set up a forwarder to send data etc from KALi and Ubunto VM's. 

I am trying to download the forwarder on my windows OS but when I click on DOWNLOAD now.. it just comes up with this blank screen.... rather than starting to download. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Can you try with another browser? Second thing what you could try is clear browser’s cache and third one is us incognito mode.

You could found direct links to those installation URLs from answers if anything else didn’t work.

I've tried clearing the cache, opening in incognito window and in both firefox and chrome.. and I still have the same issue.. 

I get splunk.com/en_us/download/universal-forwarder.html

The page is blank except for the titles at the top. 

I believe there should be an option to choose the forwarder and the OS and then download.. but nothing.
