Will Universal Forwarder v7.3.1.1 run on Ubuntu 20.04?

If not, is there a way I can download Universal Forwarder v7.3.5 to match my environment?

More important than the distribution is the kernel version. Both 7.3.1.1 and 7.3.5 are available at https://www.splunk.com/en_us/download/previous-releases/universalforwarder.html
