I have been trying for almost a week to get in touch with someone regarding my trial license. I am unable to use Splunk without it. I have left numerous voicemails and no one has returned my call. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @cjseaman99,

what's the problem with The Trial License?

if you download it from Splunk site, you have two months of full features with the limit of 500 MB/day, then you have a free license, with the same limit and some freatures disabled.

Then you can ask a trial to your Channel Manager (if you're a Splunk Partner) or to your Splunk Partner (if you're a customer), but usually they aren't for a long time (usually one or two weeks).
