In the production environment, the following message will be displayed and the license cannot be renewed until the renewal date.
"failed to add because: license is from the future; its active span has not begun yet"
I found similar question in Splunk Answers.

But as far as I can verify, this doesn't seem to be the case.
Has anyone had the same thing happened?
