Hi Team,
Query regarding RHEL kernel upgrade.
Would there be any impact if there is an RHEL kernel upgrade from 7.5 to 7.6 on the Splunk Application components which are all running on 7.0.1 version.

Please clarify.

Hello,

As I understand that you are going to upgrade your Redhat version from 7.5 to 7.6 and wants to check the compatibility with Splunk version 7.0.1. If yes, then as per below link kernel version is 3.10.0-957 for RHEL 7.6 version.

As per Splunk documentation, it shows compatible with every kernel version 3.x and later. So answer is yes of your query.
