Page not found! After install rss app

Hi

I install rss app on splunk

https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2646/

FYI: seems not compatible with splunk version 8, i am using splunk version 8


After installation completed, when I open app i’ve got this error:

any idea?

How did you install the app? You might want to check the user/group ownerships are correct for the app directory. If they are owned by root, and you're running as Splunk as splunk user (e.g.) this could cause the issue you mentioned.

Additionally, you can check the app permissions via the web ui and be sure the correct user/role have access.
