License and usage reporting in 6.5?

So I found the popup for opting in/out of license performance reporting. I'd like to know exactly what is being sent back to Splunk for both of these.

I also want to be able to change my mind update the settings. Where are they?

It includes details about how to opt in or out, what data Splunk collects and how to see it (including samples of the data), what data Splunk doesn't collect, and how the feature actually works in your environment.
