Install Splunk through powershell for windows vm

I tried to install Splunk using below commands in powershell, which installs without any issue and the service runs in services.msc

msiexec.exe /i <location of .msi file>  AGREETOLICENSE=Yes SPLUNKUSERNAME=admin SPLUNKPASSWORD=PASSWORD1 LAUNCHSPLUNK=1 /qb

But using the same command, when I run this in AWS, it still pics Windows AMI, but not the Splunk AMI.

Can anyone advise?
