To complete app installation i need to restart my Sandbox. Can i do so?

To restart your sandbox click on the settings dropdown on the top left. Select Server Controls, then click the restart button.

Thanks for you advise. Of course I knew about this point in UI
But at my Sandbox it has no affect to the system. Sandbox was not restarted. And my question was is it bug of feature? And my question still can i restart the Sandbox to complete apps instalation?
