How to get a developer license?

Hello,

I'm trying to learn how to create Splunk applications and as I'm starting I'm following the tutorial in:
http://dev.splunk.com/view/SP-CAAAERH

So far it was good but then I got the following error
GET http://localhost:8000/en-US/splunkd/__raw/servicesNS/admin/customviewtutorial/alerts/alert_actions?o... **402 (Payment Required)**

I have a free version of splunk in my local machine. I thought it was not critical because it says that you may consider getting a developer license ("Once you have installed Splunk Enterprise, consider getting a Splunk developer license. This license is optional, but it provides many benefits.").

On the other hand I tried to click on the link that is suppose to redirect to developer lincense web (I wanted to see the pricing etc), I log in with my splunk account and I got "page not found".

Anyone who can help me with this?

Since we've updated the Splunk Developer website, the link to apply for 10GB Developer licenses is now: https://dev.splunk.com/enterprise/dev_license

The approval process for 10GB Developer licenses is manual. You should expect to get a reply from us within 2-3 business days. If you don't hear back by then, please reach out to devinfo@splunk.com

It might take a few days I think a human has to issue it, but I may be wrong!
