Fidelis EDR Add-on: How to understand the error below?

Hi community,

I have a problem with the add-on Fidelis solution EDR setup, I did not understand this error described below, After filling in all the requirements.

It's a poor error message that says there was an error, but doesn't say what the error was.  Check splunkd.log or the app-specific logs (if any).
