Do I need to reboot the server after I install Splunk agent??

I have few servers which doesn't have agent installed now i want to install the agent on those servers. will it ask me for reboot???

The Splunk Universal Forwarder does not require a reboot.

If you mean on Windows and Linux workstations, this is correct in regards to the Universal Forwarder. For the Heavy Forwarder, it should be the same, but cant confirm for windows.
