Difference Splunk version 7.2 and 7.3

Hello All,

I just wanted to know the difference between Splunk version 7.2.0 & 7.3.0.

Also why we are moving from 7.1 (what was observed in 7.1) to 7.2.0/7.3.0.For say if you suggest 7.2.0 I would like to know why not 7.3.0.

Any suggestion are welcome.Thanks!
