timestamp question

Hi,

I have a timestamp that isn't covered in the standard strptime options:

0:53:52.335 (one zero for midnight)

After midnight, it's handled in standard 24 hour timeformat. Any suggestions?

This should be handled by %H. strptime accepts leading zeros (00) but doesn't require them.
