tenable is missing dest values if there is no value available in dnsName field.

The default definition of dest in props.conf is not working.

EVAL-dest = if(isnotnull(dnsName), dnsName, ip) # because empty values of dnsName is not treated as null.

you can use below. if dnsName is not available then dest will be assigned netbiosName, if both are not available then ip will be assigned to dest.

EVAL-dest = case(match(dnsName,"\w"),dnsName, match(dnsName,"") AND match(netbiosName,"\w"), replace(netbiosName,".*\\\(.*)","\1"),1=1,ip)
