I fail to see in the docs how you can delete/edit/set the deploy-poll setting via REST. Anyone knows how to?

There is a REST endpoint for changing arbitrary config file properties.

curl -ku admin:changeme https://localhost:8089/services/properties/deploymentclient/target-broker:deploymentServer/targetUri -d value=your_splunk_ds:8089

Don't forget to restart after:

curl -ku admin:changeme https://localhost:8089/services/server/control/restart -X POST
