WinPrintMon not logging page_printed correctly

I have a universal forwarder installed on my print server. I am collecting
[WinPrintMon://job]
type=job
disabled=0
index=print_jobs

The forwarder is forwarding events but the page_printed is always equal to zero (0). Moreover, total_pages value is also not right as when I print 5 pages it is telling only 1. Any solution to that?

I have not figured out a fix for this myself, however I have seen a more reliable field for page count, and that is total_pages. In my searches, where I use printmon, this seems to be a more accurate measure of the print job.
