Why am I getting "Error occurred attempting to remove CPU Data...required arguments are missing: app_name..." trying to remove a data input?

I'm trying to delete a data input, but I'm getting this message:

Error occurred attempting to remove CPU Data: In handler 'remote_perfmon': The following required arguments are missing: app_name..

We are seeing the space char is causing this in the path, GUI bug

I am also trying to delete an input and am getting the same error message. This one is a file input and the path structure is:

c:\ProgramData\ESA\Client Logs\Log.log

I have another input that has the structure below, but does not error:

c:\ProgramData\ESA\Server\Logs\Log.log

I think that it is something to do with the space in the file name.
