Getting Data In

Whitespace in data input path

Hopefully this is a trivial question. Here is the path I want to add as an input:
cd /var/local/InterMapper_Settings/InterMapper Logs

As you can see there is a space. I have tried wrapping in single and double quotes and escaping with a \ but nothing has worked so far. Splunk is running on Linux.

You should just put it in as it is in inputs.conf, without the quotes.

[monitor:///var/local/InterMapper_Settings/InterMapper Logs]
