Please advise on the best practices for ServiceNow integration. How to integrate and enable auto ticket creation.
Take a look at the docs on our doc site for detail instructions on installation, but one key thing you will need for the event related push integration (opening of tickets), is the Event Management plugin on the ServiceNow side. I believe there may be a cost associated with that if you don't already have it.
