What app can generate the topology in the picture?

Hi,

I wang to use splunk monitor my whole datacenter , i notice fllow introduce of infrastructure monitoring :

I find the app in the demo can monitor at different lay : Data Centor , Network, Storage, Database, Application and Web , and have a topology in the it .

What app was used in the demo? I want have a try that app, but i didn't find the app in splunkbase
