I am not able to connect to splunk cloud on port 8089
Firewall on forwarder system are open (Inbound and outbound)
Did your forwarder is listed on forwarder management page as a client?
No. It was not listed in the forwarder Management page. But I resolved the issue by using input as prefix to server name. This made it visible in Forwarder Management list.
Now I am facing another issue. Handshake is done on machine where forwarder is installed and the splunk server, but the logs are not being forwarded to splunk server
