Tailor inputs.conf to match specific windows hosts AND mointor a specific file path

is it possibly to edit my Monitors:// to work with specific hostnames (Computer Names) and monitor a specific file location for those hostnames only?

 

I will be editing the UF on a Domain Controller, so there will be multiple hostnames checking in and I just want to monitor a specific file path for specific hostnames and not for others on that Domain Controller
