Setting persistentQueueSize for Windows Logs

We are looking into to setting up persistentQueueSize for our Windows Event Logs. On the persistentQueueSize page (Sorry, I can not give links yet), it states that this is one of the input types this will work with.

On the inputs.conf page, where it says to configure it, seem to be missing where to configure this for the Windows Event Log. I seem to see all the other input types, but not Windows Event Log. This is making me wonder if there is a different way to set it up for them, or if you can even set it up at all!

Any insight would be appreciated.
