Solved: REST API is not shown in Data Inputs - Splunk Community

Getting Data In

I am really trying to follow this link (below) for getting a twitter feed into Splunk:
https://discoveredintelligence.ca/stream-twitter-splunk-10-simple-steps/

I don't see REST under data inputs. I have a basic brand new install. no extra modules loaded.

Any push off a cliff is appreciated.
