Okta Identity Cloud Add-on for Splunk Cloud in Trial

I am doing a pilot for Okta Cloud to Splunk Cloud integration with a view to see Okta Customer Authentication events to show up in Splunk using Trial licenses.

Apparently, I need to raise a Support Case to install the add-on (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3682/)

Also, I am unable to raise Support Case using trial account. 

Can someone please help
