Is DB connect json possible?

Hello, everyone!

I want to configure getting data in json format through splunk db connect.

Database is mysql. Is it possible?

I'm pretty sure DB Connect cannot do that, but you should be able to write a modular/scripted input that leverages relevant libraries to read MySQL records and convert them into JSON.

What problem are you trying to solve?

@bosseres - Is there any reason you don't like key=value pairs created by DB Connect?
