How to display two panels in a split row format

I have a dashboard having 3 panels in a row like A B C but i want A and B panel stacked together vertically and then C separately. Is there a way

Regular dashboards can't do that, but the new Splunk Dashboards App (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/4710/) can.
