How does Splunk collect data?

How Splunk collect DATA??? : Does splunk copy data from machines....or
it collect them and after delete data from the source machine?

Your best starting place is probably What Splunk can index, in the Getting Data In manual. Splunk does not alter the source data that it processes.

Can i ask u a question, do you really answers his question ?
Every organization follows different style of on boarding,
we all know the documentation "how to add the data" this doc sucks not much helpful.
