How do I configure props for America/New_York in the date field?

We have data such as -

EVENT_TIMESTAMP="2020-11-09 11:12:30.617896 America/New_York",

How can I handle the America/New_York part?

TIME_FORMAT = %Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S.%6N %Z

The %Z part doesn't seem right.

Does this look correct?

TIME_PREFIX = .*EVENT_TIMESTAMP=\"
